The new project of Y House embodies important ideas of how living space should be defined for company co-housing solution. Generally, co-housing for workforce commonly constructed without the presence of art and convinience for the occupants. Thus, we want to present this idea that maximizes the usage of the land area, potraying living in a sanctuary, where basic aspects of daily needs are fulfilled.
Living in urban
The building is located in an urban area populated by surrounding buliding in every block and big streets which serve thousands of vehicle passing everyday, resulting in air pollution and CO2 emmision that is not ideal for living space. Natural properties such as trees are required as an aid to cleanse the air, and also block the sunlight during the hot summer day.
A place for all
The communal area on first floor which serves as pantry, dining area, and also gym where people can access at the same time is a perfect rendezvous for creating better social interaction between the occupants. As a result, people who mostly spend their day at the company can interact with their colleague the outside work, resulting in better engagement as a team.
