The homeowners of RV House project have personal experience in Japan during the younger years. Thus, we use mainly wood material to adopt and introduce the reminiscence of Japan to the occupants.
The Facade
Made of concrete, bold color, and dark woods making it look contrast, projecting the fortified look to the viewer.
Maximizing the space
To utilize first floor living area, the living room is connected to dining & kitchen area, allowing the occupants to move freely between the space. The light plays primary role to enhance the room’s ambience by highlighting major objects and the accent of the room. The main entrance is separated by a tall cabinet which is functional as a showcase display, while creating privacy to people inside.
The mood
A blend of muted color such as fabric and concrete enhances wood material. The composition depicts warmer and subtle look to the bedroom area,
